US Orders: Order processing is approximately 2-5 business days, although we strive to ship orders the following day if placed during business hours. Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped First Class Mail and take about 3-5 business days to arrive.
International Orders: We currently offer global shipping. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Any items returned to Little Chef and Me due to failure of custom or import fees paid, will not be refunded.
Once your order is shipped by Little Chef And Me, it is now in the responsibility of USPS, UPS or DHL. For any questions regarding delays or tracking please contact USPS and reference the tracking number provided to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please follow the tracking information to ensure your package is received.

If you are unhappy with your product or received it damaged for any reason, please email support@littlechefandme.com, within 15 days of purchase, along with a brief explanation, order number and photo of item. We will do our very best to accommodate your concerns. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to returning to sender.
In order for a refund, store credit or exchange to be issued, the product must be unused or unwashed. Exchanges can be made the same product or a different size. Little Chef and Me does not cover the cost of return shipping.
All International orders and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Utensils- Our signature utensils are recommended for ages 4 and up. Never leave your child unattended while using the utensils. They're real kitchen utensils that should be kept away from play areas. If you have specific questions on which utensils work best for your little chef, feel free to email at Support@littlechefandme.com
Care Instructions:
Bibs: Our silicone bibs are BPA free and are perfect to throw in the dishwasher if needed. We advise you to use the top rack only or wash by hand with soap and water.
Utensils: Please wash any kitchen utensil that are not fully stainless steel or silicone by hand. Wood handles do not do well in the dishwasher and will damage the integrity of the wood.
Knives: dishwasher safe. BPA free.
Cutting board:
Hand wash only and dry immediately after.To remove stubborn stains, sprinkle baking soda over a cutting board, rub with a warm, damp cloth, then rinse away any excess baking soda.To lengthen the lifetime of your board, use a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax mineral oil blend to keep your little chefs cutting board conditioned.
Aprons
Sizing: Apron sizes vary in length and width. Below are our recommendations for sizing for you and your Little Chef.
Littlest Chef- toddlers 2-5 Little Chef- 5 and upChef- Standard adult aprons
Care Instructions: All of our aprons are designed to be durable and long lasting. In order for to prevent shrinking or tears, we advise you to please wash in a cold cycle and tumble dry low. Do not wash with anything that may have a zipper as this may cause some aprons to tear when in the washer or dryer. Linen aprons do not need be ironed. If you wish to do so, please use low heat. If stains occur, spot clean, do not use bleach.
